We offer young people the opportunity to learn new employability skills in the trade industry by volunteering to refurbish and repair communal spaces under the supervision of an experienced tradesperson. In our Trade Skills Hub, We provide a system that matches mentors with mentees based on their goals, and industry interests. We offer a structured programme with defined goals, timelines, and milestones. We strive to create an enabling environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their background or circumstances.
Our organization is built on a foundation of encouraging young people with compassion, integrity, and accountability. We believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect, and we are committed to using our resources in the most effective and efficient way possible.
Our team is made up of dedicated professionals and volunteers who are passionate about making a difference in our communities. We work tirelessly to ensure that our programmes and services are meeting the needs of those we serve.
